Now you can use your natal birthchart to find the best location to live, work, love, and play.  According to the time and place of your birth, different planetary energies are stronger in different locations on the surface of the planet. Find out how you can take advantage of knowing which planets are strong or weak and where those strengths and weaknesses lie.

There are a number of different techniques used to determine where the best hot spots for you are located. Perhaps the most popular is Astro*Carto*Graphy, brought forward by the late Jim Lewis. Others include the Geodectic chart , local space charts, and relocating your birthchart to the latitude and longitude that you are considering. Using a combination of these techniques I have followed my travels around the globe with very interesting results. For those of you who are more familiar with astrology I have some examples below.

The main point that I wish to make here is that, after my research, I am happy to announce that it actually works! However, there is one fundamental principal that must be kept in mind that there is no way around dealing with your natal birthchart!  As your birthchart was chosen by you (some say with help) to reflect your intended path of soul evolution this lifetime, it will remain in effect no matter where you go. That being said, you can chose to emphasize one or another aspect of that chosen path by where you physically locate yourself.

One thing to keep in mind: While a specific location may support one aspect of your development, that same location may challenge you in another. As such, these methods may also help you prioritize your values as well as enhance your experience. For example, you may think that you want fame and fortune, move to LA, find yourself on American Idol, and have all your relationships fall apart, your health go down the drain etc. etc. etc. Anything can happen so it is good to keep your natal birthchart as your primary reference.

This is a fascinating field that calls for further research as a path toward taking full advantage of the planetary energies (reflecting your own internal psycho-spiritual functions) predominant in any given area. Whether you are considering a permanent move, a vacation, or may simply benefit from people, goods, beliefs, or ideas from a certain country or culture it is worth your while to look at these charts.

This five hour recording is the first day of an actual Lilith workshop given by Tom in Sedona, AZ. In it he delves into both the astronomy and mythology of Black Moon Lilith, and then takes her through the 12 basic archetypes. This serves to give you a well rounded understanding of this archetype and what she signifies in your natal birthchart.

This talk, given on January 15, 2012, gives an overview of the personal changes possible for you in 2012.  It takes the planets Uranus and Pluto, which are squaring each other all year, through the 12 houses of your chart and refers to aspects they may make to your natal planets.

IN ORDER TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR CHART YOU WILL NEED TO EITHER KNOW YOUR CHART OR HAVE IT NEAR YOU WITH THE TRANSITING PLANETS SHOWING.  You can do this by going to the website www.astro.com and inputting your birth information (for free).  You can then click on “Personal Daily Horoscope” (which is fun to read) and scroll down to “View natal chart with transits.”  Your natal chart will appear in the middle with the current planetary positions around the outside of the circle.  On the left is a table displaying the symbols for the planets and you want to locate Uranus and Pluto.

If you have planets (or the Rising or Midheaven) between 0-12 degrees of Aries, Cancer, Libra, or Capricorn you are in for an intense ride this year!  Even if you don’t, you still want to pay close attention to the house that these planets are passing through this year, as that is where your life will undergo the most tremendous amount of change.
