As a Sky Pilot, work directly with Kaypacha and Sol W. Jonassen to become a certified astrologer!

Certification Program Overview

Access to the Sky Pilot program is subject to admission. To apply, you will need to submit a recorded chart reading performed in a Zoom Class or Study Group and an admission fee of $200. Kaypacha will review the recording of your reading and workbook. If you’ve sufficiently mastered the New Paradigm Method of Chart Interpretation, you’ll be admitted.
If it’s determined that you’re not yet ready to practice with clients provided by New Paradigm Astrology, Kaypacha will provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. In this scenario, you’ll need to reapply as necessary, submitting an additional admission fee with each attempt.
We strongly advise taking your time to study, practice readings, and seek feedback from other New Paradigm astrologers before applying to the program.
To access the Certification Program, you must be enrolled in the New Paradigm School of Astrology and be an active Cosmonaut.

Kaypacha's Notes - Please Read

I understand that those of you who would like to continue on to the Sky Pilot program have either already recorded a chart reading or are scheduled to in the near future. Great!
If your reading is done and given to Amanda you can pay the $200 admission fee here.
Once we have both the reading and payment I will listen to the recording and be back in touch with you regarding your admission. I look forward to seeing you online and in class next January!
I’ve added the extra step of submitting a reading just to be sure that we are all on the same page and can progress through the program together without anyone jumping too far ahead or falling too far behind. If you have listened to all the videos, attended the zoom classes, done your workbook assignments, completed “Discover Your Soul’s Purpose,” and “What Will Happen When,” and read a few charts of family and friends using the NPA method of chart interpretation, you are sure to be accepted and do well in the program. Don’t worry.
In the unlikely event that I feel you are not ready for the program I will contact you and depending on your personal situation, work out a plan that will best support you moving forward toward certification.
As soon as you hear back and are admitted to the program you can submit the remaining cost of $1300 anytime before the end of the year. If needed, you can also email Amanda about setting up a payment plan of $135/mo. for 10 months. One way or the other, you’ll be on your way!

Segment 6: Chart Practice

We know that becoming a proficient astrologer requires practice in doing readings. That is why at the end of your Cosmonaut curriculum, we offer various Study Group sessions, led by Kaypacha & Sol, consisting of one of you choosing a Cosmonaut student and interpreting their chart. After your chart interpretation, others on the call will offer their insights, additions, and further discussion, followed by the teachers filling in any final details.

As part of the Study Group, Kaypacha occasionally assigns homework to aid in integrating the theory and enhancing your learning journey.

These sessions will take place towards the end of the year.

Discover Your Soul’s Purpose

Instant Access Upon Registration! This 16-hour course is one of Kaypacha’s signature offerings!

Your astrological birth chart is a virtual blueprint of your soul, and this 16-hour workshop covers “the bare bones of chart interpretation.”

Review the 12 zodiac sign archetypes, the planets, including Chiron, and the 12 houses.
Pluto: The soul, or “theme” the soul has been working on. As Pluto moves slowly, Pluto’s sign position describes your “soul group,” those your age or near, and the qualities you have developed and seek to bring forth. Besides, and more individual, Pluto’s house position shows the area of life that you personally have grown through and seek further discovery.
The South Node of the Moon, or “plot,” shows the action line or how you developed the themes revealed through Pluto’s placement. It can be likened to your “job” in previous lives, while Pluto is what you needed to know to do that job. I call the Moon the “character.” She reflects where you are comfy cozy, familiar, and have your Ph.D.!
Looking toward the future, the Pluto polarity point, North Node of the Moon, and Ascendant. We’ll combine these three factors, which I consider as “the bottom line” (PPP), “how to get there” (North Node), and “school” you’re in (Ascendant), to help you get there.
Exceptions to the rule. You know there’s got to be some! We’ll look at planets conjunct either, or both, the South and North Nodes of the Moon as well as square to the Nodes with examples taken from the group.

The Planetary Cycles of a Human Lifespan. Kaypacha uses the age factor to determine the major turning points in a life cycle.
Planetary Aspects. Focusing on the major aspects: conjunction☌, sextile*, square □, trine △, and opposition ☍. You will understand how aspects work by using the phasal relationships so often applied to the Moon’s cycle (crescent, gibbous, full, balsamic).
Transits to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd houses and their natural rulers Mars, Venus, and Mercury.
