School Enrollment Questions

The New Paradigm School of Astrology is a learning platform designed to connect you to your spiritual soul purpose through astrology insights, teachings, events, and group experiences. The school offers different levels, whether you only want to dip your toes and enjoy the monthly content & guidance, or you want to pursue your studies further and get certified by Kaypacha!

Enrolling in the school consists of a monthly subscription that gives you access to 100s of hours of instructional astrology videos, weekly live Zoom calls with Kaypacha, access to our private Telegram group, student discounts, and much more! It costs $22 per month, and you can find all about it here.

You will receive a welcome email containing essential information about your enrollment and your first lesson of the Astrology 101 course. You will also find a link to your Student Area, where you can access all the student content. Be sure to allow emails from NewParadigmAstrology.com in your email app, and check your spam box if you don’t see the first email after you enroll.

You create your login name and password at checkout, be sure to keep it to log in later.

The Astrology 101, 201, and 301 course lessons are dripped via email each month to allow you to absorb the material.

The enrolled subscription will continue until you cancel it. The monthly renewal is automatic, and you will be billed every month on the day you subscribed through your chosen payment method (credit card or PayPal). You’ll receive a renewal confirmation email each month. You can manage your subscription from the Subscriptions tab of the My Account page.

Please check your spam folder and be sure to allow emails from NewParadigmAstrology.com in your email app, so our emails go directly to your inbox.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions tab of the My Account page. If you have days remaining in your enrollment at the cancelation time, you will still have access until the original renewal date.

If you purchased any content separate from the school enrollment, like an online course or a single class, the content will still be available in your Student Area, and your account will remain active.

You can update your credit card info, or switch to a different payment method by going to the link below, which is also available at the bottom of every page of the website labeled, My Account.


Once there, you’ll see an option for payment methods. Click that and it will take you to the shopping cart checkout where you can enter the new payment info.

Yes, you are still a student, and your subscription will continue at whatever cost you signed up for until you cancel.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to manage your subscription from the My Account page. Instead, please email us if you want to cancel or pause your account. Optionally, you can log in to your PayPal account to cancel the subscription there. We apologize for this inconvenience.

General Purchases &
Account Login

You will find the Courses, Single Classes, and Events you’ve purchased in your Student Area, along with all the student content, if you are currently enrolled in the New Paradigm School of Astrology. In the case of a live online event, the Student Area will link to the event page containing the Zoom link and any handouts.

The order confirmation email you received after registering contains a link to the Student Area. You will need to log in using the login name and password you set up during checkout.

You can log in on either the My Account page or the Student Area page. The My Account page is for making changes to your account, and the Student Area page is for viewing any content you’ve purchased.

You set your login name and password on the checkout form the first time you make a purchase, be sure to save it for future use. If you don’t remember your login name, you can also use the email address you used during checkout as the login name.

If you don’t remember your password, you can use the “Lost Password” link on the login page. This will send an email to the email address set in your account with a link to reset the password. Be sure to check your spam box if you don’t see the email, and allow emails from NewParadigmAstrology.com in your email app.

If you make other purchases after your first, be sure to log in during checkout so all your items stay in the same account.

Be sure you entered the correct login name you created and the same email address you used at checkout.

The form will generate an email sent to the email address associated with your account. However, it may land in your spam folder. Please, check your spam folder for the email. In it, you’ll find a link to reset your password.

You will need to log in one more time with the old email address. After that, update your email address at the link below. You’ll then be able to log in with the new email address.

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, you may request and receive a full refund. After 30 days, there will be no refunds.

Yes, Kaypacha offers personal readings. You can find out more about his readings here.

If he is fully booked, please sign up for his waiting list by entering your name and email address in the form at the bottom of the page, and we will contact you as soon as there’s an opening. He opens up new availability regularly.
