Monthly Membership Questions

The New Paradigm Online Community is a learning platform designed to connect you to your spiritual soul purpose through astrology insights, teachings, events and group experiences.

Signing up for the community is a monthly membership that gives you access to 100s of hours of instructional astrology videos, live community Zoom calls with Kaypacha, a live (Zoom) chart reading once a month to help you learn, access to our private FB group page to share your chart and ask questions as well as share your insights with others, Kundalini yoga lessons, exclusive invites to events, membership discounts, and more. It costs $22 per month and all the benefits can be viewed here.

You will receive a welcome email containing essential information about your membership and your first lesson of the Astrology 101 course. You will also find a link to your Student Area, where you can access all the member content. Be sure to allow emails from NewParadigmAstrology.com in your email app. You create your login name and password at checkout, be sure to keep it to log in later.

The Astrology 101, 201, and 301 course lessons are dripped via email each month to allow you to absorb the material.

The subscription will continue until you cancel it. The monthly renewal is automatic, and you will be billed every month on the day you subscribed through your chosen payment method (credit card or PayPal). You’ll receive a renewal confirmation email each month. You can manage your subscription from the Subscriptions tab of the My Account page.

Please check your spam folder and be sure to allow emails from NewParadigmAstrology.com in your email app, so our emails go directly to your inbox.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions tab of the My Account page. If you have days remaining in your membership at the cancelation time, you will still have access until the original renewal date.

Suppose you purchased any content separate from the NPA Community monthly membership, like an event or a single class. In that case, the content will still be available on your My Account page, and your account will remain active.

Yes. If you need to take a break from your studies for any reason, you may pause your subscription from the Subscriptions tab of the My Account page.

Once you pause your subscription, your account will remain active, but recurring auto payments will stop, as well as membership access. Access will resume once you reactivate your subscription, which you can do at any time on the My Account page.

Yes, you are still a member, and your subscription will continue at whatever cost you signed up for until you cancel.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to manage your subscription from the My Account page. Instead, please email us if you want to cancel or pause your account. Optionally, you can log in to your PayPal account to cancel the subscription there. We apologize for this inconvenience.

General Purchases / Account Login

You will find the Courses, Single Classes, and Events you’ve purchased in your Student Area, along with all the NPA membership content, if you are an NPA member. In the case of a live online event, the Student Area will link to the event page containing the Zoom link and any handouts.

The order confirmation email you received after registering contains a link to the Student Area. You will need to log in using the login name and password you set up during checkout.

You can login on either the My Account page or the Student Area page. The My Account page is for making changes to your account, and the Student Area page is for viewing all the contnet you’ve purchased.

You set your login name and password on the checkout form the first time you make a purchase, be sure to save it for future use. If you don’t remember your login name, you can also use the email address you used during checkout as the login name.

If you don’t remember your password, you can use the “Lost Password” link on the login page. This will send an email to the email address set in your account with a link to re-set the password. Be sure to check your spam box if you don’t see the email, and allow emails from NewParadigmAstrology.com in your email app.

If you make other purchases after your first, be sure to login during checkout so all your items stay in the same account.

Be sure you entered the correct login name you created and the same email address you used at checkout.

The form will generate an email sent to the email address associated with your account. However, it may land in your spam folder. Please, check your spam folder for the email. In it, you’ll find a link to reset your password.

Yes and No.

You will need to log in one more time with the old email address. After that, update your email address at the link below. You’ll then be able to log in with the new email address.

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, you may request and receive a full refund. After 30 days, there will be no refunds.

Yes, Kaypacha offers personal readings. You can find out more about them here.

If he is fully booked, please sign up for his waiting list by entering your name and email address in the form at the bottom of the page, and we will contact you as soon as there’s an opening. He opens up new availability regularly.
