~The Ink of Truth: A Virgo Lunar Initiation~
Two weeks ago, under the Solar Eclipse in Aquarius, a seed was planted —the image of a butterfly pressing against the walls of its cocoon.
In the days that followed, as the Moon waxed, tension swelled. Confrontation and instability seemed to rise with it — as though the old shell, aware of its ending, tightened its hold one final time.
Now, under this Lunar Eclipse in Virgo, the Sun — strong and conjunct the North Node within a Pisces stellium alongside Mars, Venus, and Mercury, sharpens the light. This Full Moon lunar eclipse reveals what still clings to the old skin. Conjunct the South Node, it invites a necessary release — so the butterfly can finally trust its wings.
The Virgo–Pisces axis is not only about initiation, but also about health. The Sabian Symbol for this Lunar Eclipse speaks of a powerful statesman calming political hysteria. It may seem external — collective, social. But Virgo, ruled by Mercury, reminds us that the first “state” we must govern is the mind.
