FULL MOON 8º Capricorn ♑︎ , June 29, 2026

by Amanda Sibilia

~What takes time to grow is often what lasts.~

Welcome to the other side of the Security Axis.

The Full Moon in Cancer on January 3rd 2026 showed us where we need to take better care of ourselves. It opened our hearts to greater love and compassion, not only for others, but for ourselves. We were given an opportunity to deepen the dialogue with our inner child and learn what they truly need in order to feel safe, supported, and seen.

When the inner child feels heard by the inner parent, something begins to settle within us. We no longer have to fear punishment for having needs, taking up space, or pursuing our goals. We can move through life with greater confidence, trusting that caring for ourselves does not mean neglecting the people we love.

Now six months later, under the Capricorn Full Moon, we are invited to step into a larger role. This is the call to take responsibility not only for our own well-being, but also for the ways we contribute to the world around us. For some, this care may extend into family, community, or service. We may feel inspired to share tangible resources, such as money, food, time, or support, as well as the intangible gifts we carry: wisdom, insight, creativity, and Soul-led talents.

Capricorn is a feminine, receptive energy that understands the importance of providing, protecting, and building something that lasts. It teaches us that service is most sustainable when it comes from a full cup rather than depletion. We can be generous without over giving. We can lead without carrying everything alone. And we can offer our gifts while still honoring our own needs, limits, and worth.

This Full Moon illuminates the role we are here to play in the greater journey of life. Through each challenge, we are asked to stretch our potential, access more inner strength, and become more conscious of the legacy we are creating. Capricorn reminds us that our growth is not only for ourselves. What we build, heal, and embody now can become a foundation for those who walk behind us.

With Pluto in Aquarius trining Uranus in Gemini, there is tremendous support for awakening to a larger purpose and responding to the call to evolve. We may receive sudden insights, invitations, or disruptions that push us toward what we truly came here to develop. At times, the soul’s plan can shock the ego. The conditioned survival self has been taught to play it safe, cling to familiar structures, and choose security over possibility.

Yet this Full Moon reminds us that true security cannot be built entirely through outside systems, titles, jobs, or other people’s approval. External circumstances can change quickly. What remains is the relationship we have cultivated with ourselves: our skills, resilience, values, discernment, and willingness to keep learning.

The Capricorn Full Moon brings awareness to where it is time to pivot. Saturn in Aries asks us to take responsibility for our direction and act with greater courage. This does not mean recklessness. It means listening to the heart as our true compass, even when the mind insists the new direction is too risky. Capricorn is often misunderstood as cold or disconnected from Spirit, but the Sea Goat is a bridge between the material world and the higher realms. It teaches us how to bring a soul-led vision into form through patience, discipline, and devoted action.

There is a treasure chest of bounty available when we dare to follow the call of the soul. That does not always mean immediate results. Capricorn teaches staying power. We learn through mistakes, adjust our approach, and become wiser, stronger, and more creative with every challenge. The path may take longer than expected, but that does not mean it is failing.

Chiron in Taurus mixing with the Full Moon energy has me thinking about pineapples lately.

A pineapple plant can take years to mature and bear fruit. The gardener does not dig up the plant every week to check whether growth is happening beneath the soil. They tend to it through giving the crops water and adequate sunlight and trust the process unfolding beneath the surface.

This is the medicine of the Capricorn Full Moon aligning with Chiron.

Great things take time to manifest. When we stay the course, tend to what we have planted, and remain devoted to the vision, the reward eventually comes into view. Do not stop watering the soil simply because you cannot yet see the roots.

The fear-conditioned mind may tell you to quit, choose something easier, or abandon the dream before it has had time to grow.

Do not let it.

Your soul-led mission deserves your patience.

Key Aspects:

June 30, 2026 to July 26, 2027

Jupiter enters Leo

Oh baby, Jupiter moving into Leo. Get ready to party.

This begins a year long journey of following and leading from the heart. Leo wants authenticity, joy, love, adoration, and creative self-expression. It wants us to be seen for what makes us special, to let our creative flags fly high, and to share our unique light with the world.

But this requires courage.

It takes a brave soul to create what truly wants to come through them, especially when it may not match what is trending or what everyone else is doing. Sure, we can follow the crowd and perhaps see quick success, but at what cost? Creating things that do not light us up eventually feels like work instead of joy.

Jupiter in Leo asks us to tap into our unique genius. Leo can sense what is coming before it arrives. This is avant-garde energy. Be the one who creates outside the box. Release your creation into the world and allow yourself to be surprised by what happens next.

July 3–4

Mars conjunct Uranus in Gemini

Lightning bolts of insight may be popping like popcorn.

Mars conjunct Uranus can bring sudden ideas, unexpected news, disruptive conversations, and a strong urge to act immediately. Uranus often delivers information in a strange order. We may receive the ending before the beginning, then find ourselves searching for the middle piece that explains how we got here.

What action do we take? Which message matters most? What needs to be released?

This can feel mentally exciting, but also confusing or overstimulating. The best course of action is to receive the information, digest it, and then respond. Do your best not to pop off, make a rash choice, or act from fear of missing out.

There is no such thing as missing out when you choose to move in divine timing.

July 13

Venus in Virgo square Uranus in Gemini

This square can bring unexpected shifts around relationships, money, values, routines, and the ways we give and receive support. Venus in Virgo wants practical solutions, consistency, and improvement. Uranus in Gemini brings surprises, new information, and a desire to do things differently.

Something may suddenly reveal where an old habit, agreement, spending pattern, or relationship dynamic is no longer working. Rather than panic, get curious. This is an opportunity to innovate your daily life and update the standards you hold for yourself.

You do not have to cling to what is familiar simply because it is familiar. Sometimes a disruption is life’s way of showing you a more efficient, liberating, or aligned path forward.
