How it Works

  • Before the reading, we’ll collect all the information needed to create your birth chart, i.e., your time, date, and place of birth. Your exact time of birth is crucial for an accurate chart reading. If you are unsure about yours, please check the Birth Chart Rectification section below.
  • Any questions or topics you want to cover will also be collected prior to the reading. The more complete this information is upfront the better for advanced preparation.
  • All Astrology readings are done via Zoom meetings and can be recorded.
  • Select your reading type, the date, and your information in the booking calendar below. then complete your order. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Yes, you have the option to record your reading session during the Zoom meeting.

The recording is done on your end, so be sure to click the record button in your Zoom desktop app at the beginning of the reading, then follow the prompts to download it to your computer afterward.

Note that recording is not available on mobile devices (phone or tablets) only on desktop computers / laptops.

Schedule Change
While we know life can be crazy and plans change, we also hope you understand that Kaypacha’s schedule does not allow him to re-book missed appointments, and slots are hard to cover at the last minute.

Changes to your appointment will need to be made at least 7 days in advance. Please contact us from the Connect Now button below as soon as possible to process it.

Refunds

  • If more than a month in advance, you can request a full refund less a 10% processing fee.
  • One month to two weeks – 50% refund
  • Less than 2 weeks – no refunds

Emergencies. If you miss your appointment due to an accident or emergency, please inform us as soon as you can, and we will consider the situation.
