What does the new Moon feel like – symbolizing the birth of a lunar cycle occurring in Pisces, the sign of endings and completion?  The beginning of the end?  Pisces, among other things, is the closing phase of all cycles and has to do with disintegration, decomposition, and the ensuing “chaos” that results prior to the emergence of a new upcoming cycle.  This can be an unsettling, scary month to the ego which seeks survival and security.  Wherein lies our true security?  Our essence?  Our eternal Spirit Self?

These are questions worth contemplating, as contemplation itself will forge a stronger bond between our ego consciousness and our Spirit Self.  Rather than falling into panic or fear at the loss of what once was, this can be a time of “feeling into” the Great Mystery behind all that is, was and will be.  We may well be afforded front row seats to view the unfolding of a great cosmic plan.  Let’s keep our eyes, ears, and hearts open for divine revelation of not only what needs to be released, but what new reality is seeking to unfold!
