With roots in Evolutionary Astrology combined with Shamanic, Uranian, medical, mundane, and 40+ years of experience, Kaypacha has developed his own unique, natural, and spiritual approach to chart reading and counseling, and teaching astrology.

Studying your monthly lessons from Astrology Webinar Series, listening to the “All About” series, getting familiar with the Astro sheets provided in your Classroom, participating in the weekly Sunday Zoom calls, and following/posting questions on the Telegram group are essential keys to your learning and mastery of the teachings.

In addition, perhaps the best way to learn astrology is to do the charts of your family and friends and begin to observe them through the eyes of astrology and correlate their words and deeds with their birth chart. Then you will experience the magic of the stars in action!

If you do all of the above with focus, self-discipline, and a schedule, you will have a strong foundation in natal chart analysis within one year. And if you are hell-bent on “really doing this,” dive deep and enjoy the many other videos available in your Classroom library!

Now that you have a “nuts and bolts” understanding of the natal chart, you are ready to put your knowledge into the larger framework of Evolutionary Astrology. We could use the metaphor of baking a cake. You now have all the ingredients, and you’ve measured them, mixed them properly, and put them into the form and structure of a pan. Now it is time to put your cake into the oven of Evolutionary Astrology!

For this, we have three main requirements:  

Kaypacha treats “Pluto Vol 1” like the bible of Evolutionary Astrology. It is a book that can be reread time and time and referenced for many years.  

Like any other art/science, astrology is learned through PRACTICE. You may find that it takes more than the expected six months to complete these program steps, and that’s just fine. Quality and depth are not quickly gained. 

Once you are familiar with and have a solid grasp of the evolutionary intentions reflected in the natal chart, it is time to expand into how those intentions unfold through transits and relationships.  

For this next step in the process, we again have three requirements: 

In addition to these requirements, you may also wish to read Steven Forest’s Skymates and Skymates II particularly if you are interested in counseling couples and working with relationship charts and synastry. Kaypacha is excited about creating more material and perhaps a second-level certificate program designed explicitly for relationship counseling.

Study Group

We know that becoming a proficient astrologer requires practice in doing readings. That is why we offer a study group once a month, led by one of our Faculty Astrologers, that consists of one of you choosing a celebrity or another Cosmonaut student and interpreting their chart. After your chart interpretation, others on the call will offer their insights, additions, and further discussion, followed by the lead Astrologer filling in any final details.

You must complete at least one of these chart readings to graduate from the Cosmonaut to Sky Pilot program.

For now, if you take another six months to digest all this material while practicing some readings with your family and friends, you will be well on your way toward becoming a certified astrologer!

  • You will work directly with Kaypacha to synthesize, practice, and build proficiency in Natal Chart Interpretation using the skills you have developed through your Cosmonaut training.

Payment Plan: Once admitted, you can break down the Certification Process cost into three installments, paying $300 before each client reading.

After approximately two years of studying and applying New Paradigm Astrology’s teachings, you should be able to calculate and interpret anyone’s natal birth chart. And be in a position to advise them regarding their past life experience and current soul intention, identifying the assets they have developed and brought with them and the challenges their soul seeks to face this lifetime.

In addition, you should be able to interpret the transits, intelligently discuss events from their past and current situation, and help them see what lies ahead. Finally, having also explored the nature of relationships, you will be able to help others understand what strengths, shadows, and partner characteristics will best help them along the path toward self-realization. Most people come to an astrologer as “the counselor of last resort,” and most of their questions revolve around love, money, career, and soul purpose.

The New Paradigm School of Astrology does not use tests to determine whether you are competent and ready to proceed to the next level of certification. Instead, it is expected that you have built relationships within the school and with Kaypacha himself. As a result, you are both confident and acknowledged by others as ready for the Sky Pilot Certification Program.

The requirements of this program are pretty straightforward:

  • First, you will be contacted by an individual who would like a chart reading as if you were a professional astrologer. Then, you will follow up with them, calculate their chart, receive their questions, and record an hour-long interpretation of their chart. You will then submit this recording to Kaypacha, who will listen to it and make notes.
  • Shortly after that, a three-way call will be arranged for you to observe Kaypacha reading the same chart for the client. After the reading, either immediately after the client hangs up or within a few days, depending on scheduling, Kaypacha will ask you to compare the two interpretations, particularly concerning similarities and differences. This mentoring session will help you see your strengths and areas where you need to develop.
  • Depending on how much work Kaypacha and yourself decide you need, you may either take additional time to study and develop your skills or proceed to set up your second chart reading immediately. The same procedure will be followed for the second reading, only the bar will be raised. Kaypacha will expect whatever was lacking or missing in the first interpretation to be present within the second.
  • After completing two full chart interpretations and receiving feedback, support, and encouragement from Kaypacha, you will conduct a third, possibly last, reading. Again, you will follow the same procedure as readings one and two, only this time, we hope you won’t need any additional mentoring so much as a pat on the back, congratulations, and a certificate!
  • Suppose Kaypacha or yourself feels your third reading did not meet the client’s needs. In that case, you will need to acknowledge to yourself and Kaypacha that you are not yet ready to start a professional astrological practice and take on paying clients. Kaypacha will point out areas you need to work on, and you will go through the same procedure again, and as many times as necessary, to obtain your certificate.
  • Once you achieve your certification, you will be qualified to make videos for the school, answer questions on the Telegram chat, and be posted on the website as a New Paradigm Astrologer.

Your initial tuition payment of $900 for the Sky Pilot Program is calculated with the expectation that you can achieve competency as an astrologer with three sessions. If this is not the case, you will be required to pay an additional $300 per client to complete your certification by repeating the same steps above.

Truly, if you have studied well, listened to Kaypacha’s feedback, and strengthened your skills in the noted areas through the first two readings, it is improbable that you will not succeed in completing the certification process within the given framework. Kaypacha and the New Paradigm team are here to support you in becoming a professional astrologer, so let’s do it together!

  • Access to Sky Pilot is subject to admission. You will submit the one-hour recorded chart reading you performed as a Cosmonaut, the completed worksheet from the “Discover Your Soul’s Purpose” course and an admission fee of $200. Kaypacha will listen to your reading and review your worksheet. You will be admitted if you have sufficiently mastered the New Paradigm Method of Chart Interpretation. If it is determined that you are not yet ready to practice with clients provided by New Paradigm Astrology, Kaypacha will explain the reasons why and give you suggestions on what you need to improve upon. In this case, you will need to repeat the admission process as many times as necessary, submitting an additional admission fee with each reading.

    We highly suggest you take your time, study, practice doing readings, and have those readings reviewed by other New Paradigm astrologers before submitting them for admission into this program.

  • You must be enrolled in the New Paradigm School of Astrology and be an active Cosmonaut to access the Certification Program.

Once you’ve successfully taken part in all three stages of your Astro training, you will be certified as a New Paradigm Astrologer by Kaypacha!

You will also be featured as a New Paradigm Astrologer on the New Paradigm Astrology website to help you grow your practice. You will be gifted with free enrollment to the New Paradigm School of Astrology for as long as you remain an active member in the group, answering questions, offering live classes, and helping others with their astrological studies.

Your Soul Discovery Guide:
Kaypacha

Kaypacha first began the study of astrology over forty years ago. Since then he has explored the synchronistic relationship between the cosmos and both earthly phenomena and our internal human experience of Self/Soul, offering astrology and yoga workshops to thousands on every continent in the world.

His diverse background includes knowledge of evolutionary, shamanic, and Uranian astrology, cosmobiology, and esoteric studies. He has been practicing and teaching kundalini yoga for more than ten years and has combined his knowledge of the Sabian symbols, tarot, meditation, breathwork, and yoga to create his own unique, heart-centered astrological methods for healing and growth.

The Certification level Telegram group is for advanced students asking and getting answers to questions New Paradigmers students may not understand.
