Bonjour New Paradigmers!

First, let’s get the background for this eclipse season. We’re ending a 6500-year period of relationships based on dominance, power, and control and entering a new relationship paradigm based on equality, equanimity, and peace. Within this at least 4 – 500-year transition, we are also closing the 2000-year age of Pisces and leaving behind blind faith, innocence, and naivety as we enter the age of “enlightened” Aquarius. Within that 2 – 250-year transition, we are at the first quarter square of Jupiter to Saturn, a 20-year cycle that began with the great reset of 2020, which included Pluto leaving Capricorn (to be finalized November 20th).

Within all these endings, we now entered this one-month eclipse season with a lunar eclipse in Pisces, the sign of endings! That’s a lot of letting go, folks! Do not wonder, be surprised, disappointed, or critical of yourself or others when we are all experiencing a loss of security and stability based upon the known and familiar. Humanity is sailing out of the harbor onto uncharted waters, an often scary voyage into the unknown.

These times can feel like we are one of many grasping at a single life-preserver from the mothership! We can see the power struggles on the global stage, with several wars being fought and hostile elections heating up as people struggle to survive the rising costs of living. Astrology always reminds us that the macrocosm mirrors the microcosm of our own soul evolution. The state of our planet may also be mirroring a “battle for dominance” occurring in each one of our souls.

I think it is best to remember during these times that the challenges we are needing to face are actually gateways (like locks on a canal!) that lift us to greater heights of freedom. With every choice and decision we make these days, we are expanding our auric field, our reality, and our power. As we choose love, decide to love, and continue to love through the difficult situations that are naturally arising, we feed love, and it grows. This is what it means to be a spiritual warrior which has nothing to do with fighting, just choosing. Blessings on your choice!

Weigh anchor! Yup! Time to leave port and set sail! This is a new Moon solar eclipse that is saying goodbye to the past (south Moon’s node), the buried resentments, anger, and frustration (Black Moon Lilith), and making way for clearer communication and understanding that will inevitably lead to deeper, richer, and more fulfilling relationships. That is, if we do the work, dig, and don’t leave the buried “treasure” buried!

I just love the Sabian symbol for Jupiter stationing to go retrograde at the same degree from 9/25 – 10/23. It speaks of music, dancing, and natural living. These are the keys! When in doubt, fear, or sadness, the great earth mother and sky father are always there to hold, support, renew, and enliven us. As sons and daughters of these two, we are human, and as humans, we are sensitive, frail, wild, and impulsive. These times remind us to embrace our humanity, not be ashamed, hide and bury it, but let it out so we can move on to dance! Blow off some steam as you rev your engines and move some energy!
