• These are the last four lines of the Jaap Sahib, a powerful, ancient prayer that removes fear, anxiety, depression, insecurity, and phobias. It instills fearlessness and courage and brings victory. It gives self command and self grace.
  • This kundalini yoga kriya serves to balance the Prana and the Apana. Prana is the in and upward flow of energy that is centered in the heart. Apana is the down and outward flow of energy centered below the naval. When these two energies are balanced at the naval point, the heart is strengthened, and pent up anger that hides in the form of muscle tension is released. Doing this kriya will help elevate you and give you mental clarity as well as relaxation. Try it every day for 30 days to break old habits. A 90-day practice will establish new neuron pathways in the brain, and 120 days will make these new pathways permanent, giving you heightened awareness and clarity. If you miss a day, you will need to begin the series over from the beginning. Try it and awaken the kundalini within!
  • This kundalini yoga kriya, "Kriya for Energizing the Self," does just that! Done regularly, you will find yourself strengthened, centered, and energized. Let's do these together and together change not only ourselves but the world!

  • During these times of stress and change, I have found no better way to remain centered, clear, and calm than kundalini yoga. I share this particular kriya in my workshops because it helps clear out all the toxins from our bodies, in addition to connecting us with our highest "Self." As far as difficulty, I would rate it as "beginner" or "easy" for those of you who may be new to Kundalini yoga.
  • This Kriya is specifically designed to strengthen the kidneys and adrenal glands, contributing to a healthy heart. Our energy may be flowing, and we may be eating and sleeping well, but if our adrenals fail, we can get tired and snappy. During these times, right glandular balance and, in particular, strong adrenals and kidneys are essential to have the extra edge, to control anger and hypoglycemia.
