THE JOURNEY
This retreat will be like no other! We are beyond excited to blend the teachings of astrology with the full body, mind, and soul experience of sound, dance, and ceremony. Tom Soltron and Abby Delsol, creators of Tone of Life, have bought healing through sound for over 20 years. Together they will share gong, music, dance, and magic to soothe, heal, strengthen, and enliven every cell of our bodies!

Sound Healing is a technique, an art, and a craft that can awaken someone from what triggers them into a space of wholeness and expanded perception. By un-training the brain to hear new tunings, we move towards a broader spectrum of tones, both in sound and experience. We all know the value of sound, from the first cries and lullabies of connection to the distinct frequencies that can transform a mood, reception, and feeling. This workshop is being held during the new Moon in Virgo, the sign of healing, while Chiron, the wounded healer, conjuncts the north node of the Moon. This is the right time, and this beautiful retreat center, nested within a natural park in Southern Spain is the right place to gather, ground, tune in, strengthen, and refresh ourselves in the light of Spirit Love!
In addition to exploring how, what, and where this New Moon in Virgo will be activating you, we will focus on the water signs and houses of your natal birth chart, which function as places where we go for emotional security and nurturing (Cancer/4th house), connection (Scorpio/8th house), and divine love and healing (Pisces/12th house). Then, we’ll look at this year’s planetary transits for advice on navigating the waters of 2023-2024.
🐚 The more astrology you already know, the better! If you are new to astrology, you’ll be glad to know that your registration includes Kaypacha’s “Astrology 101” webinar series free of charge ($120 value) to learn the basics! Kaypacha goes through the meaning of the signs, planets, houses, and aspects (16 hours total). We will spend the first day reviewing these, but certainly, a day can only serve as a review, not an entire education. Therefore, you’ll need to listen to Astrology 101 before the course!

Kaypacha
Kaypacha first began the study of astrology over forty years ago. Since then he has explored the synchronistic relationship between the cosmos and both earthly phenomena and our internal human experience of Self/Soul, offering astrology and yoga workshops to thousands on every continent in the world.
His diverse background includes knowledge of evolutionary, shamanic, and Uranian astrology, cosmobiology, and esoteric studies. He has been practicing and teaching kundalini yoga for more than ten years and has combined his knowledge of the Sabian symbols, tarot, meditation, breathwork, and yoga to create his own unique,heart-centered astrological methods for healing and growth.

Tom and Abby teach people how to feel and transform through the tones unfolding in their lives by creating, receiving, and sharing Sound healing and Sound practices. After meeting through a mutual colleague and mentor in Argentina in 2011, they knew they were meant to collaborate. After a few world tours, and many individual and group offerings, they have developed trainings, workshops, and live experiences to share Sound as healing, therapy, and medicine.

Los Cosmiqueros
Anne Marie and Benjamin, also known as Los Cosmiqueros, dedicate their lives to the power of plants on all levels. Having been on a plant medicine journey since 2004 has deepened their connection with nature and opened up their channels to work with Cacao in a ceremonial way. They’ve had the blessing of participating in various indigenous traditions during their travels to Bolivia, Peru, and Ecuador, as well as many hours of partaking in ceremonies with shamans from many different lineages.

If you are just beginning your study of astrology, you will have had time to listen to the 16-hour “Astrology 101” webinar series that comes with your registration prior to the event.

Your Voice – Your Inner Gong: Introduction to sound healing & voice. Why we use sound as a tool for healing, the physical/emotional impact of sound, the instruments we use, and why the gong.

Kaypacha will bring a deeper understanding of planets, both in your natal chart and currently transiting. He’ll focus on the outer planets changing signs this year and discuss their effect as they move through the different houses of your natal birth chart.

We will drive to the nearby beaches of Tarifa, where the Mediterranean and the Atlantic meet! Known as the Wind Capital of Europe, it draws in surfers, windsurfers, and kitesurfers who, in turn, lend this ancient yet deceptively small settlement a refreshingly laid-back international vibe.
Tarifa town, with its winding whitewashed streets and tangible North African feel, the walled windswept old town could easily pass for Chefchaouen or Essaouira.
We will find a quiet beach to settle in and enjoy the day playing and relaxing. Those with their own car will be free to venture out into town. Then, we will enjoy a delicious Mediterranean lunch by the sea and return to camp in time for dinner.

On the day of the New Moon in Virgo, Benjamin and Anne Marie will lead us into Ceremony. We will gather to rise on the frequencies of Love, Compassion, Peace, and Harmony, soaring high on the wings of Mama Cacao to connect to Spirit and feel radiant, switched on, and fully alive.
Cacao is not only one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet; it’s also a sacred Plant Medicine that the ancient Mayans and Aztecs used ceremonially. Cacao is heart-opening medicine. It helps to heal and restore the connection with your heart and facilitates it to blossom wide open, so that release, transformation, and manifestation can happen. It also increases focus, clarity, creativity, sensitivity, and empathy.
