Honoring the Past, Preparing for the Shift
Every 84 years, the planet Uranus, the Great Awakener, moves through the sign of Gemini, the Sacred Twins in the night sky, representing the paradox of life as both duality and unity. When these two cosmic forces combine, we are invited into an individual and collective awakening of the mind, a de-conditioning of how we perceive, speak, learn, and connect with one another. Remember, Uranus was the first planet discovered just beyond Saturn (Lord of Time & Space), and his discovery was a catalyst, a “break in the matrix” itself, for humanity moving forward. As Uranus prepares to enter Gemini once again on July 7th 2025, we dance into a vortex of transmutation, one that asks us to release outdated mental constructs, embrace new forms of truth, and open to divine downloads that shift how we experience reality.
In pure Uranus-Gemini fashion, I asked ChatGPT to create a poetic version of Castor & Pollux’s story (the Gemini Twins in the constellation), to capture the essence of their evolutionary journey together, as I feel their story encapsulates deep meaning for us all:
✨ The Gemini Twins: A Poetic Tale of Castor & Pollux
In the hush of twilight, where myth meets star,
Two brothers were born beneath heaven’s jar
Castor, of earth, with mortal breath,
Pollux, divine, untouched by death.
One from the king, a noble line,
One from the swan, god-born, divine.
Yet in their hearts, no difference lay
They walked as one, by night and day.
They rode with heroes, brave and bold,
Sought sacred quests and legends told.
Castor, swift with horse and rein,
Pollux, strong with fists unchained.
But fate, as ever, loves the test
A blade was drawn, a mortal’s rest.
Castor fell, his breath now still,
And Pollux wept upon the hill.
“O Father Zeus,” he cried in pain,
“My heart is cleaved, I can’t remain.
Take half my light, half my flame
Let me share his shadow, share his name.”
The heavens stirred, the gods took heed,
And granted love the greater deed.
Now half in sky and half below,
The twins in rhythm come and go.
By night they rise as twin-born stars,
A beacon bright for hearts and hearts afar.
Not just of mind, but bond and breath
A story carved in life and death.
So, Gemini shines, not split but whole,
A dance of dual, a mirrored soul.
In every word, in every sigh
Two brothers walk the Gemini sky.
Castor & Pollux reminds us that we are here as spiritual beings open to the multi-faceted human experience. Our ego self and our divine Self appear seemingly separate (just like the twins), yet they are truly One Being. Their gift to us through the Gemini archetype is sacred: words to express, relationships to explore, and the breath that gives us life itself to evolve with each other.
🔮 Uranus in Gemini Ingress & Cosmic Vibe: July 7th, 2025
Setting the stage for the Uranus in Gemini ingress (drumroll please!), we have Venus forming a conjunction at 2 degrees Gemini, Pluto in a powerful trine at 3 degrees Aquarius Rx, a Neptune-Saturn activation with a sextile at 1-2 degrees Aries, and an opposition to the Moon at 4 degrees Sagittarius. If that wasn’t enough, we also have 2 YOD’s (the “fickle finger of God” planetary pattern) in the mix, with Black Moon Lillith in Scorpio forming the apex of one YOD, and Jupiter in Cancer the apex of the other. Something that Evolutionary Astrologer, Maurice Fernandez, said during his YOD workshop, regarding the Scorpio & Cancer apex of a given YOD is sticking out to me now: there is the potential for a “crisis of implosion” (Scorpio) and a “crisis of instability” (Cancer), if the highest destiny of these energies do not manifest (Scorpio’s highest form being “the power of spiritual precision,” and Cancer’s “the power of originality,” in respect to this apex position of the YOD). And how auspicious that we have Jupiter and BML forming an exact trine to one another! The support we need to manifest our highest potential is available to us, if only we take the time to do the deep inner work necessary for our outer world to be a pure reflection of our most authentic intentions.
There is an unavoidable pull that we are all feeling in some way these days towards our individual & collective destiny during this revolutionary time in human history: how will you rise to this calling? How can you revolutionize (Uranus) your values & relationships (Venus), in order to step into your power as an individual who contributes to your chosen tribe (Pluto in Aquarius)? And how is this new version of yourself aligned with a greater purpose & dream that you are initiating into form (Saturn-Neptune in Aries)? Thankfully, we have the Moon forming a lovely trine to this Saturn-Neptune conjunction, helping to counterbalance her opposition to Uranus-Venus, bringing an energy of deep emotional connection aligned with this new dream we are manifesting, both individually and collectively.

In all previous incarnations of this Uranus in Gemini transit, humanity has been confronted with duality: division and innovation, war and wisdom, shadow and light. And through every one of these 7-year eras, a new way of thinking was born.
As we approach this sacred threshold again, we are invited to become a bridge: between past and future, mind and heart, body and soul.
Yes, technological revolutions are imminent, but this shift in timelines is more than what meets the human eye; this is a spiritual revolution of perception. One that asks us to open to new frequencies, new languages, and new ways of belonging to one another. A new paradigm that we co-create together with unconditional Love & understanding.
