On Thursday, a new energy portal opens, a crisis in consciousness, requiring “organizing ability in terms of broad social ideals, to reform and transform and to work hard for future goals.” This is the way Dane Rudhyar explains the energy of the 3rd Quarter Square Moon. This energy speaks well with the portal of the Aquarius/Leo axis. It encourages us to dream big, find the power of action, and fly. It reminds us that we need to take action for what we believe we want. Even if we are not sure what it will turn into.
Brilliant Humanistic Psychotherapist Carl Rogers explains it in the book “On Becoming a Person”; “Life, at its best, is a flowing, changing process in which nothing is fixed. I find I am at my best when I can let the flow of my experience carry me in a direction which appears to be forward, toward goals of which I am but dimly aware. It is always in the process of becoming. I can only try to live my interpretation of the current meaning of my experience, and try to give others the permission and freedom to develop their own inward freedom and thus their own meaningful interpretation of their own experience.”
We experience life from our perspective, and it has a reason. We are all unique creatures with the gift of creativity. We need to use our life force, chi, to create something tangible. Creation takes meditation, planning, and action.
As Mercury is retrograding, the wise move can be searching inward. What is stopping us from creating? What social regulations hold us back? How can I free my mind from my restrictions? Searching for the inner self is a strong action to take. After we truly find what restricts us from being our authentic selves, we can effectively work on it. As Dane Rudhyar says: “Spirit creates, culture reproduces” we can get into contact with our spirit and find its desire to create.
This week we are searching for new windows inside our heart as this week’s theme will be free love with no strings attached. Reconsider your relating style; another world is possible to set our boundaries and our kind of relationships despite cultural taboos. Mistakes are made, and they pass, let them go. Only keep the lessons in your pocket and open yourself to new possibilities.
Reconsidering, rethinking, and reevaluating are decisive actions that will help us get ready for the new cycles. We are ending the first lunar cycle of the New Year. So many more to come. Relax, have a rest before the New Moon. The sky will set a theme for us to work on it.
