Kriya for Balancing Prana/Apana
This kundalini yoga kriya serves to balance the Prana and the Apana. Prana is the in and upward flow of energy that is centered in the heart. Apana is the down and outward flow of energy centered below the naval. When these two energies are balanced at the naval point, the heart is strengthened, and pent up anger that hides in the form of muscle tension is released.
